Diet and supplements on the first steroid cycle

You need to know about one thing – your metabolism will be significantly accelerated on the cycle. To fully utilize the possibilities offered by using steroids, your diet must be topped up! You must understand that during the treatment your body turns into a machine for processing food. If you want to grow, you need to provide huge amounts of food – about 270-300 grams of protein, 600 grams of carbohydrates and about 100 grams of fat at a weight of 90kg.

Many of you will stop here and think – immediately, supplementation on coke? Well, indeed! Supplementation on the cycle is as important as diet or training. Without properly selected supplementation that “tweaks” your diet it is difficult to provide the right amount of nutrients necessary for maximum muscle growth.

Protein. The protein is undoubtedly the most important supplement used during the cycle. It is a building block of muscles, without it there is no mention of any positive effects. Assuming you will feed 180 grams of protein, take at least 100g of whey protein isolate.

Gainer. Traditional gainer is the basis. Ensures delivery of a high-calorie meal quickly and easily. Well suited when you do not have time to eat a normal meal during the day, and immediately after strength training. You will need at least 5 kg of this type of drug for a monthly cycle.

Vitargo. Rebuilds glycogen resources much faster than other carbohydrates, shortens regeneration time, increases energy levels in training. Do you need to add something more?

There are currently a lot of different measures on the market that bring more or less results, but not all will be suitable for the first cycle. Among them there are three, which are most often chosen for the first adventure with steroids – metanabol and enanthate and testosterone propionate. Why these three measures? Because they are effective and give very good results, with a relatively small amount of side effects. Given the power of action, they are neither too weak nor too strong. There are more delicate steroids. Some will ask: “Why not oxandrolone, primabolan or winstrol?” I answer. These drugs are not completely suitable for the first steroid cycle, because … they are too weak! Taking oxandrolone or winstrol alone can actually improve recovery, increase protein synthesis and bring a lot of strength. However, after a cycle using these agents, weight increases of 2-3 kg can be expected. Is it worth doing a two-kilogram cycle? Let everyone answer this question for themselves. There are also stronger steroids that should be avoided. Certainly you have not once witnessed how two old koksiarzy divorced over the superiority of anapolon over winstrol. The testosterone propionate is an injectable steroid. It is safer than methanabol, in average doses does not adversely affect the liver. The downside of taking this remedy is the frequent injection, propionate you have to inject every 2 days. Testosterone enanthate (also known as testosterone prolongatum) is similar to the previous one. The only difference is the time of action. While propionate should be given up to 2 days, in the case of enanthate, this time is extended to 5 days. Thanks to this, you do not have to make injections so often.

Cycle 1: Methanabol

Take for 4 weeks after 20mg of methanabol. After the treatment for 10 days, take 1 tablet (50 mg) of clomid to unlock the release of your own testosterone.

Cycle 2: Testosterone Enanthate

Take 200mg (2 ampoules of testosterone prolongatum) every 5 days for a period of 8 weeks. After about 2 weeks from the end of the cycle, take the first 5 days for 2 tablets (100mg) of clomid, and for the next 10 days for 1 tablet (50mg).

Cycle 3: Testosterone Propionate

Take 75mg testosterone propionate every 2 days for 5 weeks. After the treatment for 10 days, take 1 tablet (50 mg) of clomid to unlock the release of your own testosterone.

Cycle 4: Nandrolone decanate, Testostostone Enanthate, Metanabol

Take 200mg Nandrolone every Monday, or every 7 days for 10 weeks, while Testosterone Enanthate every 5 days after 200mg for 11 weeks Metanabol 25mg per day for 4 weeks. The rules you need to keep in mind:

You choose the measure according to your needs.

The interval between meals should not be longer than 3 hours. Do not treat this advice exaggerated – do not get up at night to eat a meal! Night is time for sleep and regeneration, not intermittently interrupted by three dinners. 3 times a week, perform up to 20 minutes of aerobic exercise after training, which will help keep your cardiovascular system in shape.
