Diet and supplements on the first steroid cycle

You need to know about one thing – your metabolism will be significantly accelerated on the cycle. Protein. The protein is undoubtedly the most important supplement used during the cycle. It is a building block of muscles, without it there is no mention of any positive effects. Assuming you will feed 180 grams of protein, take at least 100g of whey protein isolate.

Gainer. Traditional gainer is the basis. Ensures delivery of a high-calorie meal quickly and easily. Well suited when you do not have time to eat a normal meal during the day, and immediately after strength training. You will need at least 5 kg of this type of drug for a monthly cycle.

Vitargo. Rebuilds glycogen resources much faster than other carbohydrates, shortens regeneration time, increases energy levels in training. Do you need to add something more?
